The UBC Land Use Plan

The UBC Land Use Plan (formerly the Official Community Plan) establishes generalized land uses and provides policies and other criteria for development of UBC’s Vancouver campus. Created in 1997, undergoing amendments in 2010.

Neighbourhood Plans

Each of the neighborhoods on the UBC campus have a detailed land use plan, development controls, design guidelines, and servicing and transportation strategies consistent with UBC’s Land Use Plan. Various dates.

Vancouver Campus Plan

The Vancouver Campus Plan outlines the development of the academic core of the UBC Vancouver campus with a vision extending to 2030.  Completed June 2010.
